Insurance Policy

We accept all insurance companies and will submit all patients’ insurance claims as a courtesy to you.  Our office staff will work with you and your insurance to maximize your benefits.

We are a Preferred Provider for Delta Dental

Financial Policy

We expect payment at the time of service.  If you have dental insurance we will submit your claim as a courtesy to you.  However, we do expect payment of your deductible and out-of-pocket co-payment at the time of service.  You will be notified when we receive payment from your insurance company.  At this time any remaining balance is due and payable.  We will also submit an estimate of benefits for your approval before treatment begins if appropriate.
